It was a wonderful evening at Grüner Jäger. The outdoor ambience and the service from the staff was pleasant. Loved Tagliatelle with Trüffel and Pfeifferling Linguine; both were delicious. Even though the price is on the higher end, the flavour and the quantity was worth it. Recommended!

A hidden gem of Braunschweig, all the food is incredible! I would recommend making reservations though, seems tough to get in otherwise

I don't even know the words to describe the outstanding food and hospitality that I received at this establishment. It was unreal. I'm just vacationing through the area but couldn't find any place to eat real European cuisine. I stumbled upon them and was not disappointed. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely amazing. The butter was fresh the bread had come straight out of the oven. All the way down to the pairings between the courses just fantastic.
Wonderful historic restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. You will need reservations even for lunch. Lovely walking trail will take you to a beautiful Cathedral
A rypical German Restaurabt to have good time with your friends and Family.... If you are interrsted in special room.then that are also abailable.. The desert was also good and the dinner was awesome. I appreciate the cooking style and taste. Must visit if you wanna to a decent and cosy place
